image2prompt is an AI-powered image and prompt processing platform operated by Zimoo Inc, offering the following core services:

1. Image to Prompt: Convert images into detailed AI prompts
2. Image to Text: Intelligent image analysis and description
3. Text to Prompt: Optimize and enhance prompt effectiveness
4. Text to Image: Generate images based on prompts

User Rights and Responsibilities

Account Management

• Account creation is required for certain features
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must report any unauthorized account usage promptly

Content Usage

• You must have rights or permission for images you upload
• Content generated through our services can be used for lawful purposes
• Prohibited content includes illegal, infringing, or inappropriate material

Intellectual Property

1. Platform Rights

   • The image2prompt platform and its technology are the property of Zimoo Inc
   • Our AI models and algorithms are protected by intellectual property rights owned by Zimoo Inc

2. User Rights

   • You retain ownership of your uploaded content
   • You have usage rights for content generated using our services

Service Usage Guidelines

Prohibited activities include:

• Unauthorized access or use of our systems
• Interfering with service operation or security measures
• Bulk or automated access without permission
• Using the service for illegal or harmful purposes

Credit System and Service Limitations

1. Free Daily Credits

   • All registered users receive 1 free Image-to-Prompt conversion per day
   • Free credits reset every day at 00:00 UTC
   • Free credits cannot be accumulated across days
   • Unused credits expire at the end of each UTC day

2. Power Pack Credits

   • Users can purchase Power Pack credits for additional usage
   • Each Power Pack provides 1000 credits for $9.99 USD
   • Power Pack credits are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase
   • Multiple Power Packs can be purchased, with each maintaining its own expiration period
   • Credits are consumed in order of expiration (earliest expiring credits used first)

3. Processing Order

   • Daily free credits are consumed before Power Pack credits
   • When multiple Power Packs are available, credits expiring soonest are used first

4. Content Restrictions

   • Maximum file size: 4MB per image
   • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP
   • No adult, violent, or inappropriate content

Payment Terms

1. Pricing

   • Power Pack: $9.99 for 1000 credits (valid for 90 days)
   • Enterprise tier: Custom pricing based on requirements
   • We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice
   • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

2. Payment Processing

   • Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Creem payment processors on behalf of Zimoo Inc
   • By making a purchase, you authorize Zimoo Inc to charge the payment method provided
   • Zimoo Inc does not store your complete payment details; this information is handled by our payment processors

3. Refunds and Cancellations

   • Power Pack purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are added to your account
   • Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances
   • Any credits already consumed are not eligible for refund
   • Contact customer support for refund requests

4. Failed Payments

   • Failed payments may result in credits not being issued
   • You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds

Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance with advance notice
• Service may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice

Termination

Zimoo Inc may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the service or other users

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided by Zimoo Inc "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

Zimoo Inc's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
